New Brunswick is one of Canada’s smallest provinces. The New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program is a Canada PNP that offers unique pathways for Permanent Residency. Overseas nationals who aspire to immigrate to Canada and obtain PR have several options through the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program. The immigration streams are designed for attracting and retaining new immigrants who can cater to gaps in the labour market and meaningfully contribute to the local communities and economies. This can be an ideal Canada PNP option for you if you are seeking a perfect destination for building a career or raising a family. The Government of New Brunswick launched the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program for assisting the growth of the population and economy of the province.
Post-Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream is aimed at overseas citizens who have studied and obtained graduation from a Post-secondary school in New Brunswick. They must also have set up a successful business in the province with minimum experience of 1 year with them. Applicants of the stream must have accomplished a lawful Post-secondary degree in the New Brunswick province. The candidates must have pursued studies full-time for a minimum of 2 years in a Post-secondary program. They must also have resided in the province for the duration of the academic program.
To qualify for the Post-Graduate Entrepreneurial Stream, you must operate and own a running business in the province for at least 1 year with this you should also need to fulfil certain extra requirements. You must have whole ownership of the business and be involved actively in its day to day management. You must also obtain remuneration from your business that fulfils the minimum LICO – Low-Income Cut-Off with an extra 10%. The business has to be an entity for-profit with minimum of one Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada as a full-time employee.
New Brunswick Express Entry Labour Market Stream is designed to target high-skilled foreign workers who can contribute to the New Brunswick economy.
This stream operates on an Expression of Interest (EOI) system, and will only accept EOIs from individuals who meet specific conditions, which are separate from the eligibility criteria for the stream.
Candidates who are successfully nominated through the New Brunswick Express Entry Labour Market Stream will be invited to submit an official application for Canadian permanent residence. In order to be eligible for this stream, a candidate must have a running profile in Express Entry under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program.
New Brunswick Skilled Workers with Employer Support stream is designed to target high-skilled foreign workers with a valid job offer from a New Brunswick employer. Candidates who are successfully nominated through the New Brunswick Skilled Workers with Employer Support stream will be automatically forwarded to IRCC to be evaluated for Canadian permanent residence. The province of New Brunswick regularly organizes events overseas for foreign nationals who wish to immigrate to Canada. To be eligible for the New Brunswick Skilled Worker Applicants with Employer Support stream, candidates must have a valid job offer from an eligible New Brunswick employer. The offer of employment must be for work at National Occupational Classification (NOC) Skill Level 0, A, or B.
Candidates must score a minimum of 60 of 100 points on the below selection factors to be eligible to apply to the New Brunswick Skilled Workers with Employer Support Stream.
The New Brunswick Entrepreneurial stream is one of the streams of the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program (NBPNP), a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP), operated by the province of New Brunswick. New Brunswick Entrepreneurial Stream aimed at Senior Business Managers or experienced business owners who intend to reside in the province. Successful applicants must start a new business or buy an existing business in which they participate in the everyday management duties. Candidates must have sufficient work experience to demonstrate that they can successfully establish and run a business in New Brunswick. They must own at least one third (33.3%) of a business that they actively managed for at least three out of the last five years. To be eligible for the New Brunswick Entrepreneurial Stream, all candidates must demonstrate language proficiency in English or French consistent with CLB level 5. Candidates must be between 22 and 55 years old on the day their application is received.
Candidates must score at least 65 points on the New Brunswick Entrepreneurial Stream Assessment Grid.
